- One-bedroom villa: 80 € per night

Rates are quoted in Euro, per property, per night - all taxes and facilities & services are included, except for breakfast.
Continental breakfast costs 6 € per adult and 3 € per child under 12.
Full breakfast costs 10 € per adult and 5 € per child under 12.
All major credit cards are accepted.
Payment policy
- 30% of the full amount is charged on booking (in case of stays of 3 nights or less deposit equals to the price of one night).
- The deposit is fully refunded in case of early cancellation.
- Full account settlement upon departure.
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations 7 days or more prior to arrival in low season (01.04-08.06 & 15.09-31.10), 14 days or more prior to arrival in middle season (09.06-06.07 & 25.08-14.09) and 21 days or more prior to arrival in high and peak seasons (07.07-24.08): full refund of deposit less bank charges.
- Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival in low season (01.04-08.06 & 15.09-31.10), less than 14 days prior to arrival in middle season (09.06-06.07 & 25.08-14.09) and less than 21 days prior to arrival in high and peak seasons (07.07-24.08): 50% of the full amount is charged to your credit card.
- No-show or early departure: 100% of the full amount is charged to your credit card.
