It has two levels and boasts the largest cedar in the compound. The second floor comprises a double bedroom and bathroom, two verandas, one of them pergola shaded, both with a view of the sea. The ground floor consists of a kitchen-living area, a second bathroom and a pergola shaded veranda. A patio with a dining area is situated under the shade of the cedar trees.
